Mwalimu Resources (Pty) Ltd is a South African-based mining, exploration and logistics company founded in 2012. The company develops mineral assets from greenfield exploration through to operation and retains ownership as it builds long-term stakeholder value.
The group combines mineral ownership with practical delivery capability. Its footprint includes coal and gold rights in Mpumalanga, a mining permit in Nongoma, KwaZulu-Natal, for anthracite and dimension stone, and further permits held with associate companies.

Mwalimu Resources (Pty) Ltd holds Level 1 B-BBEE accreditation. This positions the group to contribute meaningfully to transformation, domestic procurement, enterprise participation and export-partner mandates in South Africa's mining sector.
