The Ermelo project covers A, B and C seams over 530 hectares at Lang en Smal, approximately 10 km south of Ermelo and less than 20 km from Camden Power Station. It is reported under SAMREC by Kha Ine Holdings. A Seam at 29.1 MJ/kg and 17.3% ash is the standout historical intersection.
Greenfield · Coal & gold
Six granted prospecting rights consolidate an area of approximately 3,569 hectares, 15 km north-east of Balfour, within 5 km of Sasol Impumelelo and 25 km of Grootvlei. Historical data indicates washed yields of 80.5% on No. 5 Seam at 24.44 MJ/kg. The resource remains unclassified pending drilling.
